Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact and the garment is in its original condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to any authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
